I remember the day I wrote the first letter from my desk as CEO. I wanted to be sure the feelings of anticipation were not a dream, but confirmation. I vowed to love food, until our necessity to taste buds due us part.


Several times, I found myself wishing to rewrite my first letter. The bodily emotion I felt about food came to me again. Becoming an executive owner of Stella Bistro Foods' required patience. Patience to know God has already planned this for me. Everything is already working in my favor to be the best brand Stella Bistro Foods can be!


What can grow without lessons and "missing ducklings"?


The roller coaster ride of becoming Stella Bistro Foods' CEO had its mental challenges. Believing was my first step, but executing what I believed in helped me become a better business owner and woman.


Six years later, Stella Bistro Foods is a highly recommended woman-led brand, preferred by loyal frequent customers, nationwide retailers and commercial spaces, as well as curious taste buds!


I was blessed to be interviewed by Black SD Magazine contributor, Gloria Peebles, to discuss my foodie adventure and journey to building the Stella Bistro Foods brand empire.
